For example, we have a client with cerebral palsy that we drive to activities like the cinema or country homes, providing a steady arm for walking. We understand the need for a break. Our respite care service offers carers a weekly oasis. With experience in dementia, COPD, Alzheimer’s, and more, we provide compassionate care for your loved ones. This gives you peace of mind to recharge and take care of yourself, knowing your loved one is in good hands. Enjoy your time off to relax, run errands, or take a moment for yourself.

Sometimes our clients appreciate the extra help we provide in preparing meals. Maria and I will cook whatever you like and prepare it with the same love we would have for our own family. We'll even do the dishes after and tidy up your kitchen before we leave. If we can assist your daily routine, then that gives us great satisfaction whilst enabling you to focus on what matters most.
ACCOMPANIED VISITS
Get to Your Appointments on Time
Do you need to go to a doctor’s or dentist appointment? We recognise that sometimes these events can be stressful enough! So, we’ll get you there on time and wait with you, providing support and companionship throughout. Or perhaps you need a prescription picking up? No problem, we’ll collect it for you and ensure you have everything you need. We're here to make things easier and simplify life, if at all possible!

We can even work with your existing cleaner to ensure everything is just right.

OUR RATES
We know that one of the first questions you have when considering home help is, “How much will it cost?” We understand that finding the right care for yourself or a loved one can be overwhelming, especially when other care providers make their pricing complicated and hard to understand or don't reveal their prices at all before meeting you. Therefore, we believe in keeping our rates clear and competitive. Below is our pricing for the services we provide:
Standard Rate - Weekdays 9am to 5pm

Hourly Rate: £18 (minimum 1 hour call)
Unsociable Hours Rate - Weekdays before 9am and after 5pm and Weekends

Hourly Rate: £22 (minimum 1 hour call)
Additional Charges

Bank Holidays: charged at double time

Travel Charge: 30p per mile (applies if we take you out in the car).

Additional Expenses: If we make any purchases on your behalf or incur any extra costs (e.g., buying groceries, going out for coffee, parking charges), these will be added to your bill.
Discounts
We offer discounts for clients who share their care time with others:

25% off when sharing with one other client.

35% off when sharing with two other clients.
If cost is a concern, our discounts might be a great option for you. Sharing care time with others can significantly reduce your expenses while still receiving the high-quality care you need. Plus, it offers the added benefit of meeting new people and potentially making new friends, making your care experience even more enjoyable.
Please Note: We do not provide personal care services. However, we encourage you to talk to us anyway, as we may still be able to help through one of our other businesses.
We offer a free, no-obligation consultation to discuss your specific needs, ensure we’re a good fit for you, and tailor a plan that works best for you.
